Day 1
Tour Bern on your way to Interlaken, then check in to the moderate first class Hotel Royal St. Georges (or equivalent) and enjoy an evening stroll.
Day 2
This morning, take a scenic train ride to Jungfraujoch, a “saddle” in the Bernese Alps where you catch panoramic mountain views. (B)
Day 3
Today, ride to Lucerne and check in to the superior first class lakeside Radisson SAS hotel (or equivalent). Enjoy a guided walk through Lucerne’s Old Town area. See Chapel Bridge, the landmark Water Tower and burgher houses. The rest of the day is at leisure. (B)
Day 4
You have a full day to further explore this charming city, or take an optional excursion to the summit of Mt. Pilatus for more amazing Alpine scenery. (B)
Day 5
We take you to Basel to begin your cruisetour or to the airport for your return flight.* (B)
